Devolution of collective conscious

Reptilian minds of autonomy

We were evolving; now where are we?

Backwards as we forget to think

Fuelled by negativity, making us sink

Lower vibrations in the lesser minds

Drama in society is all it finds

Rather express hate than that of compassion

Hoarding wealth is today’s trendy fashion

Cynical outlooks in those once wise

Hunger in those needys eyes

Ignored by those who can cause change

Love has now become something strange

New dark days we live in present

Truth be told we’re all a peasant

Slaves to a system that destroys our thought

Human consciousness now begins to rot

Don’t follow greed

From the words of the wise:

Everyone dies

It’s a waste to follow greed.

It’s an empty shell

A road to your personal hell

Based on all of your deeds

Don’t follow the gold

Or it’s your soul that gets sold

At the end of that road is dead ends

It takes strength to diverge

But you will emerge

With your soul making amends

Verbal diarrhoea

Sometime when I speak

It feels more like a tweak

Words fly out with no consent

The end result is my own torment

My hands go up just like the anxiety

It doesn’t go over well in society

I get embarrassed at the words that escape

Makes me want to cover my mouth with tape

Thankfully there’s a few that understand

What came out wasn’t my plan

They forgive what I just spilled out

They’ll tell me it’s alright instead of pout

But when it’s with someone new to you

You’re left wondering what to do.

Will they be caring or will they walk away

Hopefully they give you the time of day

In the end it’s not my fault

I can’t control the mental summersault

The ones that choose to stick around

Are the ones I’m lucky to have found

Thank you to those that don’t flee

You like what’s in my soul; the real me.

The road ahead

Every move that I make

There’s something at stake

Wether to me it’s revealed or not

The path isn’t clear

No direction to steer

But there’s valuable lessons to be taught

I’ll take this long journey

Even if it leaves me in a gurney

Because giving up is for the weak

Let the voyage commence

Wether weak or intense

Because it’s wisdoms is what I seek

No bump on the road

Will knock over my load

Resilience is what I have created

I don’t need a sign

For the knowledge I find

Because this journey is definitely fated

How much corruption is enough corruption?

When do we decide to kick out the politician?

Why are we so afraid to take back control

We have no power when we march to the poll

They lie and steal and claim it’s alright

They do sketchy dealing that are out of sight

Pocketing what we worked so hard to make

Act like they’re entitled to half the stake

Most of them are lazy as can be

Except for their actions on live tv

Cameras turn off and they loosen their tie

They wave and smile while ignoring the cry

Actors and actresses pretending to care

While the masses watch tv with a blank stare

I wish people would see through the fake

Political powers should be ours to take.

Misinformation era

An age where information is at ease

Leaves a society with mental disease

Online selfie pics become the latest fads

While Porn stars are being followed by their dads

Critical knowledge passed as fake

Humanity’s evolution is at stake

When we jump back about 100 years

Due to some flat earthers science smears

Ignorance in the form of a podcast station

Spreading around massive misinformation

Politicians get away with complete lies

As we spray chemicals through our skies

Everyone just follows the large cash flow

While the scientists see our progress utterly slow

When the idiots have the biggest voice

The intellectual groups have no choice

They have to follow suit or get silenced

Only the profitable science gets financed

Research papers disappear over night

No matter how hard that community will fight

Corruption has spread far and wide

Ignorance is this new age pride

There’s is no winning for the intellect

When Instagram models gain all the respect

This world is backwards and quite a mess

I don’t see any hope; i must confess.
